
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Table Reservations
We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits: For group bookings where a deposit is required, deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours or "No-shows" may result in the forfeit of the deposit.
Online Orders (Delivery & Takeaway)
Third-Party Delivery (Deliveroo, Uber Eats): For orders placed through Deliveroo or Uber Eats, all refunds and cancellation requests must be processed directly through their respective apps or websites. We are unable to issue refunds for these orders directly at the restaurant.
Takeaway/Collection: Once an order is confirmed and the kitchen has started preparation, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind.
Food Quality & Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If there is an issue with your meal (e.g., incorrect items or quality concerns), please contact us immediately at [전화번호] or speak to a member of our team if you are in the restaurant.
For delivery issues (e.g., late delivery or damaged packaging), please report the issue via the delivery platform’s help centre for a resolution.
