While the global wave of K-culture has sparked immense interest in Korean cuisine, finding authentic dishes that remain faithful to 'the basics' without compromising on flavour is a rare discovery. Bonbab, newly established in Central London, was born from this very pursuit.

 

Our name, 'Bon' (本), signifies the root and the standard of culinary excellence. Our philosophy is rooted in the heart of a mother preparing a home-cooked meal for her family. While we offer the convenience of modern dining, our preparation remains steadfast in the patience of slow food. Grounded in cleanliness and trust, our true value lies in providing a 'proper Korean meal'—one that balances nutrition and taste perfectly.
